Anthony Joshua's response when asked if he was a good dad, has sparked reactions from feminist around the world.

The response Anthony Joshua gave when asked if he was a good dad to his son, didn't please the feminist section on Twitter.

Feminists have seen it as de-humanizing the girl child.

The boxing champion who is currently single but has a son, told GQ magazine that he his more strict on his niece than on his son. Joshua reason for been more strict on his niece and not that strict to his son is because he knows that his son,Joseph, will grow up to become a man's man, but that his niece will someday become someone's wife and so he must correct her every mistakes and ensure she gets a good home training, before she grows up to take her own decisions.

When asked by the interviewer if he is a nice dad, here was what he said that sparked reactions from feminist around the world:

" Sincerely, I don't think i'm that strict with my son Joseph,I don't know why. But with my niece i'm very strict.I think it's because she is older, but also he's a boy and someday he's going to be a man and a father, he'll want to spread his wings, be the man and build his character. But also i am pretty sure there are things i will be strict about. But with my niece, the story is different because there will be none of that jack-the-lad nonsense for her! My view is she has to become a good woman, respectful, because one day you will be someone's wife and

you're going to have kids of your own, you have to learn family  morals and what it is to be a good woman."

This response wasn't taken lightly by the femimist secction in twitter who argued that his comment has shown he his dehumanizing the girl child.
