God has created the herdsman to value cattle more than human life - Honourable Aishatu Dakku, and other members object.

Honourable Aishatu Dakku

Aishatu Dukku, a member of the House of Representatives representing Dakku, Nafada constituency in Gombe state, gave an opinion that caused an uproar in the house of representative meeting on Wednesday.

Speaking when the house members deliberated on the recent attacks by the Fulani herdsmen in some part of the state, she said Nigerians have become so impatient and edgy now probably because of the too much consumption of maggi cubes.

Honorable Dakku said:
Why have we become so edgy now, is it because of the food we eat. We eat too much maggi, now we don't want to listen to what anyone has to say.
We don't want to seek for solutions that will solve these issues we're having in our country.
Mr Speaker i see my colleagues say the herdsmen values his cattle more than anything. You can't just sit down here and just make conclusions.
" God has created the herdsmen to value their cows more than their own life, that is how it has been".

Other members didn't agree with the honorable when she said God created the herdsmen to love cattle's more than human life.

A member responded by saying " we shouldn't drag this issue into religious ground, rather steps should be taken to solve this issue" he said.
