Though it's been abuse by most, and even addicted to by many.

Today we've made a list of your favorite rappers who don't smoke weed / stop smoking it because of one reason or the other.

1. KID CUDI.

Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, better known by his stage name Kid Cudi, is an American recording artist and actor from Cleveland, Ohio.
The rapper quit smoking in 2011 to focus on his music, business and family. Though he dropped the ganja, that doesn't stop him from rapping about it.

So next time you hear cudi rapping about weed... You heard it here, he's fronting.

Marshall Bruce mathers lll, professionally known on stage as EMINEM.

Although not much of a cannabis smoker... The rap god struggled with drug abuse and cocaine addiction back in detroit.
Eminem later got into rehab in 2009 and remained sober with help from a long time friend " Elton John".

The rapper don't brag too much about weed in his songs onlike others... He isn't into weed smoking.

#3. KENDRICK LAMAR.

Kendrick Lamar Duckworth is an American rapper and songwriter. Raised in Compton, California, Lamar embarked on his musical career as a teenager under the stage name K-Dot.

Though he raps about weed, he isn't into it no more.
In an interview with peter parker, Lamar opened up: “I used to smoke. Smoking weed wasn’t ever a dependency for me. A lot of people use it as a dependency, they wake up in the morning angry and smoke. It never was a dependency for me, so it never was a crutch, really.

Jermaine Lamarr Cole, better known by his stage name J. Cole, is an American hip hop recording artist and record producer.
Alot of rappers give up weed in other to focus on their career, but cole wasn't into that.

In an interview, he reveal he quit cannabis back in 2011, but he still raps about it, to keep his fans interested.

#5 METHOD MAN.

While he may be my generations stoner icon, you may have seen Meth in more high profile roles as of recent. He’s in movies. He’s on TV.Not everyone is Seth Rogen and can do that shit high. Which is why around 2011 Meth declared that he was going to begin phasing Mary Jane out of his life. “I don’t want that every time you hear Method Man’s name you associate it with getting high,” he said, “because there’s so much more to me than that. I’m not actually distancing myself from my marijuana culture people, but it’s not in the forefront anymore. I got kids to raise, man. Plus, it was never really that bad. It comes to a point where no matter where you go, they’re always thinking you’re high. And I’m not always high. I mean, right now, I’m sober as a priest.”

#6. TYLER THE CREATOR

Tyler may be the only entry on this list who is straight up not into weed. I’m serious as a stroke, the
Odd Future leader really thinks smoking cannabis is wack. In his song “Domo 23”, Tyler tells everyone that “…while y’all rollin’ doobies, I’ll be in my bedroom scoring movies.” I’m guessing the Creator isn’t aware that you can still be successful while being a consummate cannabis smoker too.

RZA once told a likely inebriated Chelsea Handler. “Many years, I’ve been in the studio making hits, and weed was always there. But I’ve transferred myself.”
